Järvi Group
A startup staffing agency focused on placing c-suite and white-collar executives, Järvi Group wanted to create a clean, professional brand. The name is Finnish and means "lake," a useful touch point for building a deeper brand story.

When developing the brand direction, I worked with marketers and copywriters to merge the concepts of connection and deep relationship building that could tie back to the meaning in Järvi's name. I created a simple, type focused logo and system that used the dark blue greens of Lake Michigan and a minimal Scandinavian approach to the layouts.
Homepage Design
For the tagline, the team riffed on a phrase that was like a palindrome. It came to life in execution, placing people in the metaphorical (and literal) center. It worked to succinctly describe both their offering and their values.
