CASA of Kent County
CASA of Kent County needed to refocus their web presence on educating people about what they do and drive interest in volunteering. They needed a new website that would solve usability problems while adopting a fresh look that aligned with their refreshed branding. I directed the content and development teams from concept through completion while providing UX / UI design and front-end support.

One way to address the usability issues on the site was to create a plan for content that would tell the story of CASA by leading the user down a clear narrative path. We also created wireframes to plot the journey volunteers might take, using feedback provided to CASA by past volunteers.
Once the content was laid out, I created UI designs that echoed CASA's print pieces. This periodical feel encourages uses to scroll on pillar pages while giving clear information hierarchy and calls to action.
